SCDC is a local, community-based organization, rich in its diversity of talent and energy which focuses on southern Santa Clara county needs and democratic ideas. Its main purpose is to influence legislators and legislation that affect our daily lives, while having the opportunity to meet local community leaders, prominent members of the State Assembly, and candidates seeking elected office. Members vote on Club endorsements, positions on local issues and are very active in Democratic candidate’s campaigns.
